Being chosen as a judge for the San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy this October 2026 is an incredible honor and something that means a great deal to me, especially because I competed myself in 2022. Returning to this prestigious platform in a judging role feels full circle, a moment of reflection, growth, and gratitude. I know firsthand the pressure, passion, and vulnerability it takes to stand in those shoes, which makes the experience even more meaningful.
The San Pellegrino Young Chef Academy is more than a competition; it is a global campaign that celebrates talent, mentorship, sustainability, and the future of gastronomy. I am genuinely excited to meet and watch young chefs from all over the world, to hear their stories, taste their ideas, and witness how they express their identity through food. Being part of this journey allows me to give back, support the next generation, and continue building a strong, connected culinary community driven by creativity, respect, and passion.
