At The Golden Fork, we change our menu seasonally, allowing us to stay connected to fresh ingredients, creativity, and the natural rhythm of food. Inspiration comes from everywhere – books, traveling abroad, discovering different cuisines, and experiencing new cultures and flavors. But my biggest inspiration comes from my childhood. The memories from when I was young, the flavors, moments, and emotions tied to food, constantly guide my creativity and the way I cook. I truly believe that when you have a passion for something, inspiration comes from everywhere, and our hope is that this passion is always felt on the plate, so every guest experiences not just a dish, but a story filled with heart and meaning.
